Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize a variety of carriers, including USPS and UPS, to provide the most efficient delivery routes.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control. Packaging & Stability Our peptides are provided in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form and are vacuum-sealed for maximum stability.

• Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure the privacy and security of your research.
• Thermal Stability: Because our products are lyophilized, they are highly stable at ambient temperatures during the transit process. Cold packs are generally not required for shipping, as the vacuum seal protects the peptide sequence from thermal degradation during standard delivery timeframes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Mission Peptides is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Storage Upon Arrival While our peptides are stable during transit, we recommend immediate proper storage upon receipt to ensure long-term integrity:

• Lyophilized Vials: Should be stored in a freezer at -20°C (or at minimum -4°F) immediately upon arrival.
• Reconstituted Vials: Must be kept refrigerated at 2°C–8°C.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide high-resolution photos of the labels and vials for our quality control review.
